JJ55 Terms and Conditions

1Introduction

3Account Registration

You may only hold one account on JJ55. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to exploit promotions, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. JJ55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. JJ55 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

JJ55 may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine security review. Verification typically involves a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until documentation is provided.

4Deposits

All deposits on JJ55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your JJ55 account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• JJ55 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside JJ55's control.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds from third-party sources is not permitted.
• Deposits made using payment methods that do not match your registered account details may be declined or held for verification.
• JJ55 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the original payment source if fraud or irregularity is suspected.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. JJ55 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the method used and whether any verification requirements are outstanding on your account.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Outstanding identity or payment verification requirements will delay processing. JJ55 strongly recommends completing verification before you need to withdraw, to avoid any unnecessary delays.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there are active bonus funds attached to your account that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• JJ55 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Withdrawal section of your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JJ55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit requirements — which are published alongside the promotion itself. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide unless a promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first unless you have an active bonus attached to a specific deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the valid period.
• JJ55 monitors bonus usage. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — may have their bonus voided and account reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.

7Gameplay & Fair Use

The results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server interruption — JJ55 will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. 8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JJ55 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to circumvent account verification, geo-restrictions, or platform security measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward JJ55 staff or other platform users.

JJ55 actively monitors for all of the above. Where prohibited conduct is detected, JJ55 reserves the right to take immediate action, including withholding funds pending investigation.

9VIP Programme

JJ55 operates a tiered VIP programme that rewards consistent, genuine play on the platform. Players progress through tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on their activity. Each tier unlocks specific benefits including improved withdrawal processing times, higher transaction limits, dedicated account management, and exclusive promotions.

VIP status is assessed on an ongoing basis. JJ55 reserves the right to adjust a player's tier — including downgrading it — if account activity falls below the level required to maintain that tier, or if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms. 10Responsible Gaming
